Our Pilates classes have a relaxed atmosphere that is both inviting and instructional and most importantly taught in small groups. Our aim at Pilates is to help you meet your personal exercise needs. We listen to lifestyle, health, and exercise clues to help your body achieve your goals.
Joseph Pilates devised the original Pilates system in the 1920's Over the years to follow it has evolved into a more contemporary and scientifically sound approach to exercise. The system was introduced into the United Kingdom in 1970. Pilates is not just exercise, it is a system of both physical and mental conditioning.
Barre Pilates is a freestyle mixture of Pilates fused with Ballet. It is a fun, upbeat group workout, set to motivating music. The benefits of Barre: Builds and strengthens muscle, cardio fitness while still being low impact, super controlled movements strengthens core and targeted muscles. Stretching techniques are added, to allow muscle relaxation and recovery after the completion of the class.
Pilates Class - £24.00 for 4 x 50 minute sessions
Advanced Fitness Level - Pilates - £6.00 per session

Please bring your own exercise mat, small towel and water.
You will be asked to fill in a brief health questionnaire before embarking on the Pilates course, to ensure it is safe for you to exercise in this way.
